What
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is a form of hands-on-healing used to cleanse, balance and heal while invigorating the mind, body and soul. Reiki is based on the idea that an energy life force flows within each of us.
This Level I training will include:
- History of Usui Reiki
- Reiki Principals
- Hand Placements for Self Healing and Basics for Healing Others Practice
- Discussion of Chakras
- Meditation and Attunements
- Ethics Discussion
This clear, concise and hands-on class gives all participants the opportunity to discover the relaxation, healing and balance available through Reiki practice. You will be encouraged to discover your unique intuitive abilities.
Who
This training session will be led by Rev. George Hughes, an Usui Reiki Master and yoga teacher, and Rev. Lorraine Meyer, HDD, MCHt, Usui Reiki Master and Teacher. We will explore the principals and practice of Reiki Self-Healing in an environment that promotes self-discovery as well. One cannot begin to heal others until they have taken the responsibility to heal themselves.
How
The cost for the training session is $100.
A Certificate of Completion and Lineage and a manual are included in the course fee.
